"We", "us", "our" refers to Miku Skincare Private Limited. "You" refers to anyone visiting or purchasing from faceoclock.in.

Accuracy of descriptions: We do our best to describe our products accurately - ingredients, usage instructions, and expected results. However, product packaging and formulations may occasionally be updated. If there is any discrepancy, the information on the physical product packaging takes precedence.
Colours and appearance: Product colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings. This does not constitute a defect.
Results: Skincare results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. What works brilliantly for one person may work differently for another - that's skin, not us.
Patch testing: We strongly recommend patch testing all new skincare products before full use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours before applying to your face. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read this recommendation.
Pricing
All prices listed on faceoclock.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund. We will notify you immediately if this happens.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price at the time you place your order.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order on faceoclock.in constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until then, no contract exists between us.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout. We do not store your payment details - transactions are handled securely by our payment gateway partner.
Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivity
We publish full ingredient lists for all our products. It is your responsibility to check the ingredients before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or skin sensitivities.
We strongly recommend patch testing before use. Face O'Clock and Miku Skincare Private Limited shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to patch test or failure to review the ingredient list prior to use.
If you experience a severe reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
Intellectual Property
Everything on faceoclock.in - including but not limited to product images, copy, brand name, logo, packaging design, and blog content - is the intellectual property of Miku Skincare Private Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Screenshots and shares for personal, non-commercial use are fine - we're not unreasonable.
User-Generated Content
If you tag us, review us, or share content featuring our products on social media, you grant Face O'Clock a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, or feature that content across our own channels with credit to you. We will never use your content in paid advertising without your explicit permission.
If you'd like us to remove any content we've shared, email hello@faceoclock.in and we'll take it down promptly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Miku Skincare Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
- Any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from website downtime or errors.
- Adverse skin reactions resulting from misuse, failure to patch test, or failure to check ingredient lists.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
